Many coaches are not psychologists, and cannot address psychological issues. With a psychologist providing executive coaching, and one who also addresses religious and spiritual issues, we have the unique opportunity to look at goals and capabilities from both psychological and spiritual perspectives and to use those understandings to facilitate a more broad range of growth. With executive coaching we will particularly focus on both the personal and work related concerns of the executive.

Coaching is different from consultation and psychotherapy in that it is more concerned with values, developing priorities, formulating goals, and working towards specific goals rather than with addressing or solving personal or psychological problems.
